An air alert was announced yesterday in 10 Russian cities.
On the morning of February 22, an air raid alert was announced on the radio in ten Russian cities. The announcement, broadcast on the radio stations Relax FM, Avtoradio, Humor FM, Comedy radio, reported on the threat of a missile attack. It was heard by residents of 10 Russian cities – Pyatigorsk, Tyumen, Voronezh, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Magnitogorsk, Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Ufa, Novouralsk:
“Attention, an air raid alert has been issued. Everyone go to the shelter immediately. Attention, attention, the threat of a missile strike.”
About the event reported “Baza”, “Caution, news”, “Meduza”, “RIA Novosti”, but later the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation announced a hacker attack. The message said:
“As a result of a hacker attack on the servers of a number of commercial radio stations in some regions of the country, information was broadcast on the air about the alleged announcement of an air raid and the threat of a missile strike.”
