A high-rise building on Soyuznaya Street in Yekaterinburg is on fire, writes publication “Ural News”. People climb out of windows to avoid suffocation from the acrid smoke. One of the residents of the skyscraper climbed over the balcony and hung by his hands, but could not resist and flew down. Another man is sitting on the windowsill.
It is difficult for rescuers to get to the high-rise building because of the cars that are littered in the yard.
