Russia wants to take out loans in yuan and is negotiating with China. No decision has been made yet.
About it reports Reuters, citing the words of Anton Siluanov, Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation:
“Negotiations with Chinese partners have been going on for a long time. There is no solution yet. We discussed this topic at the end of last year at the inter-ministerial dialogue.”
The minister noted that the Russian Federation is ready to begin testing payments in digital currencies with China and the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.
