A bonus of 300 euros will be paid to long-term unemployed people

Today, Wednesday 4 October, ΔΥΠΑ is paying a one-off benefit of €300 to a further 1,275 unsubsidized long-term unemployed people who have prepared a Digital Individual Action Plan (Digital ASD).

In total, benefits have been paid to 74,238 beneficiaries so far. Payments will appear in recipients’ accounts within 1-2 business days after payment.

The “bonus” was established by the “Jobs Again” Law (No. 4921/2022) with the aim of activating the long-term unemployed through the creation of an updated digital ASD (Ψηφιακό ΑΣΔ), on the basis of which they can develop their employability and job search capabilities.

Let us remind you that the beneficiaries of the new benefit are long-term unemployed people who have had a period of continuous registered unemployment for more than 5 years and have prepared a digital ASD. In addition, their income is up to 16,000 euros for singles, 24,000 euros for married people (increases by 3,000 euros per child) or 27,000 euros for single-parent families (increases by 3,000 euros per child).

The procedure for paying benefits is as follows:

  • Potential beneficiaries log into the platform with TaxisNet codes: www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/anergia/ephapax-khrematike-parokhe-gia-anergous.
  • Register or update your bank account details (IBAN) for benefit payments and your marital status.

ΔΥΠΑ checks the fulfillment of the requirements for the position (unemployment period and digital ASD), as well as by cross-checking with the data of the competent authorities (AADE, HDIKA). Payment is made automatically. The amount goes to the recipients’ accounts.
It is noted that Only those who have been unemployed for a long time, more than 5 years, and have prepared a digital ASD plan can enter the platform and register ΙΒΑΝ.

Those unemployed people who have already drawn up an individual action plan (IAP) should convert it into a digital API. In particular, they enter the TaxisNet codes in the eservices column ΔΥΠΑ and confirm or update ASD dataso that it turns into digital.

Unemployed people who have not yet completed a digital SDA should make an appointment with a Job Advisor at the Employment Promotion Center (KPA2) in their area – either via video conference (MyDYPAlive) or in person.
