14,800 euros for young entrepreneurs with a focus on women: criteria and deadlines

On Friday 9 June 2023 (at 15:00) the deadline for submission of electronic applications in DYPA for the 3rd cycle of the Program for the provision of business initiatives for the employment of young freelancers aged 18 to 29 years with a focus on women.

According to the State Employment Service (DYPA) in a statement, the goal of the 12-month action is to promote self-employment of 450 young unemployed people by creating a sustainable business, employment of women.

Sum financial support for new businesses amounts to EUR 14,800 and will be paid in three installments as follows:

  • 1st installment 4000 euros after the start of activities in ΔΟΥ.
  • 2nd installment 5400 euros after the end of the first semester from the start of the business.
  • 3rd installment 5400 euros after the end of the second semester from starting a business.

The beneficiaries of the shares are registered unemployed persons aged 18 to 29 who apply for funding (submission of a business plan is required).

The application for funding (investment proposal) is submitted exclusively electronically to the State Assistance Information System (PSAI) of the Ministry of Development and Investment: https://www.ependyseis.gr.

The program with a total budget of 61,200,000 euros is co-financed by the Greek State and the European Social Fund/Youth Employment Initiative under the Operational Program Διά Βίου Μάθηση 2014-2020″.
