“Tourism for all”: beneficiaries of the program have been identified, where you can see the results


The selection process for beneficiaries of the Tourism for All 2024 program has been successfully completed, and the results of the corresponding draw have been announced today.

The goal of the program is to directly stimulate domestic tourism to ensure a balanced distribution of visitors in all regions and throughout the year. Beneficiaries who participate in the draw will be issued an intangible digital debit card, which they can use to stay in any tourist attraction of their choice in the country without any bureaucratic procedures. The winners will be notified by SMS and email according to the details provided by them while submitting the application, and the results of the draw, preliminary and final list of beneficiaries are also available on the program platform and on the Ministry's website. Amounts of assistance start from 200 euros and go up to 400 euros. Let us remind you that according to the platform, 972,893 applications were submitted, which indicates huge interest in the program:

  • Beneficiaries with a base amount of 200 euros: 78.12% of the total number of beneficiaries
  • Successful applicants with a basic aid amount of €300: 18.77%.
  • Persons with a disability of 67% or more with an increased amount of 400 euros: 3.11%.

The total number of beneficiaries attracted according to the available budget is: 107,204 beneficiaries.

In her statements, Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogiannis emphasized: “With the completion of the program draw “Tourism for everyone 2024” we have reaffirmed our commitment to tourism, accessible to as many of our fellow citizens as possible, by establishing broader criteria for income and social focus. In this way, we ensure that by the end of the year, more beneficiaries will be able to enjoy the beauty of our country. We are working, methodically and systematically, to stimulate domestic tourism and extend the tourist season for the benefit of local communities and economies, for the benefit of many.”

The Minister of Tourism, thanking everyone who participated in the implementation of the program, expressed confidence that the hotels will support the project and provide the beneficiaries with the best hospitality. She concluded by saying that everyone's commitment to developing tourism and providing high-quality services contributes to the quality development of the Greek tourism product.

In turn, Deputy Minister of Tourism Elena Rapti emphasized that the large number of applications confirms the great popularity of the program, and the targeted choice due to its social and developmental nature was justified. She added that this allows our fellow citizens to enjoy holidays throughout the year, wherever they wish, with very simple procedures.

The Tourism for All 2024 program is implemented in collaboration with the Minister of Tourism Olga Kefaloianni, the Minister of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Athanasios Petralias, the Minister of Internal Affairs Ms. Niki Kerameos, the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Mr. Nikolaos Papathanasis and the agency for the implementation of the Information Society project (ΚτΠ Μ.Α.Ε.), using the resources of the national part of Π.Δ.Ε.
