Wednesday May 31 is the deadline for more than 7 million property owners to pay it.
ENFIA paid in 10 equal monthly installments, with the last one due in February 2024. Unlike tax returns, those who pay the tax at a time now have no incentive to pay the entire amount at once, since the authorities have canceled the discount.
Taxpayers can pay tax with a credit card in 12 interest-free payments or opt for 24 monthly interest payments by including the debt in a fixed scheme.

E9/ENFIA Statement
With the help of the above online service, individuals can:
- Send real estate data declaration (E9), permanent update, initial and changing E9 declarations for 2010 and later.
- It is also possible to print the individual VAT return for 2010-2013 and the Law on Administrative/Corrective Tax Assessment for 2014 and subsequent years, if they have been issued, in the application.
- Issuance of the EN.FIA certificate (art. 54A of Law 4174/2013) in the current year.
