16-year-old Roma dies after being shot by a policeman

The management of the Ipocratio Hospital in Thessaloniki officially announced the death of a 16-year-old patient who received a severe head injury.

At 10:10 a.m. Tuesday, a gypsy who was shot by a police officer during a chase in Thessaloniki died. The statement of the head of the hospital, Ipocratio, said that the minor was in the hospital for 8 days in critical condition, but, despite the best efforts of the doctors, he passed away. Management expresses condolences to his family on the loss.

Statement on the death of a teenager in Thessaloniki:

“Sick K.F. at the age of 16 he entered the TEP (Γ.Ν.Θ. ΙΠΠΟΚΡΑΤΕΙΟ) on 05.12.22 at 2:02. The victim was taken to the EKAV ambulance with a gunshot wound to the left side of the head from the back of the head. The patient was in a coma. He underwent urgent surgical treatment. After the operation, he was taken to the intensive care unit. With regard to K.F. the maximum mechanical and pharmaceutical support for his life was carried out, but his state of health was extremely difficult.

Today, 12/13/22, despite all the efforts made by the doctors of the medical and nursing staff of the hospital, at 10:10 the patient died. The hospital administration, medical, paramedical and other personnel express their sincere condolences to the family and relatives of the guy.”

We want justice,” says the mother-in-law of the victim. The wife and mother of a Roma, according to them, want to jail the 34-year-old policeman who shot the guy in the head.
