More than two million refugees have left Ukraine since the Russian Federation launched a military operation on Ukrainian territory on February 24. Of these, 869 people arrived in Greece in the last 24 hours alone.

“Today, the flows of refugees from Ukraine amounted to 2 million people,” Grady said in a tweet.
The number of refugees from Ukraine amounted to exactly 2,011,312 people, with Poland taking in more than half (1,204,403 people), according to the website UNHCRwhich keeps count of refugees.
Refugees go to Greece less willingly, however, in the last 24 hours alone, 869 Ukrainian refugees arrived in the country, of which 285 are minors, the country’s Ministry of Civil Protection said.

- 65 people arrived at Eleftherios Venizelos airport and 16 at Macedonia airport.
In total, since the beginning of the war in Greece, 4,649 citizens of Ukraine have crossed the border, of which 1,431 are minors.
