Elliniko: pre-sales of villas and apartments in the tower exceeded all expectations

According to Constantina Karatopuzi, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lamda Development, the beautification work for Europe’s largest neighborhood, Elliniko, is progressing at a rapid pace.

As K. Karatopuzi stated in her speech at the Money Business Awards 2021, the foundation of the first tasks has already been laid, as well as the development of large projects, such as the Marina Tower, the tallest coastal tower in the Mediterranean, as well as the construction of shopping centers.

In mid-December last year, the 29-hectare “Impression Park” was presented, the first part of the Metropolitan Park, which, when completed, will become the largest coastal park in Europe.

As for the Elliniko residential renovation program, Ms. Karatopuzi noted that pre-sales of villas and housing in the tower exceeded all expectations, while great interest was noted in the Vouliagmenis shopping center.

It was announced that the estimated investment in the development of the Vouliagmenis shopping center is between 335 and 410 million euros. According to the agreement concluded with the Fourlis Group, for the development of a retail park with an area of ​​30,000 sq.m., the Fourlis Group will undertake the implementation of investments in the total amount of 55 million euros.

The retail park is a complex (shopping center, shopping center) of one- and two-story buildings (at least 5 objects), grouped near a large parking lot.

A tender for infrastructure projects that will also benefit neighboring municipalities is currently underway, according to Lamda Development’s chief executive, and is estimated to be completed by the end of March.

“Our goal is to provide the best solutions, first of all for the benefit of the residents of the area, always with transparent procedures,” said Constantina Karatopuzi. The official added that Elliniko is not only a great project of “environmental development, but also a vision that the whole world will be able to appreciate the efforts invested in a large-scale project.”

As Russian Athens previously wrote, the interest of potential buyers from Greece and abroad in the apartments of the first “green skyscraper” Marina Tower, in the area of ​​the Agios Kosmas marina in Elliniko, which will become the tallest coastal building in the Mediterranean, is extremely high .

The building will be LEED Gold and Well being certified and showcase sustainable design.

Marina Tower is the first skyscraper over 150 meters to be built in Elliniko and is expected to be completed in 2025 according to the schedule of developer Lamda Development. Prices for apartments will vary depending on the floor, the view from the windows, as well as the size of the housing area.

It is not yet clear how the interior space of the skyscraper (breakdown into apartments) will be designed, as this will be determined by existing demand. Depending on the floor, each can have from one to four or more apartments.
