Eggplant appetizer

RECIPE:

eggplant – 2-3 eggs – 2 pieces salt, seasoning flour, pepper vegetable oil for frying sour cream, yogurt, Philadelphia cheese (optional) – 150 grams garlic – 1-2 cloves dill salt, pepper tomatoes – 1-2 pieces

COOKING:

Peel the eggplants and cut them into thin strips. Sprinkle them with salt and leave to extract the juice. Blot with a paper towel. Beat eggs lightly with salt and pepper. Mix flour with pepper. We heat up the vegetable oil. Dip the strips of eggplant in flour, then in an egg and fry on both sides. Put it on a paper towel. In a small bowl, mix sour cream or yogurt, garlic, dill, salt, pepper. Lubricate the fried eggplant with sauce, put a slice of tomato and roll it into a roll.

An appetizer for the festive table is ready.
