Boil eggs in the evening, in the morning quickly knead a ripe avocado with a fork, salt, pepper, add lemon and spread all this yummy on bread. Add eggs, you can add a tomato and enjoy.

RECIPE:

1 avocado crispbread, black bread, cereal toast salt, pepper 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice 2 eggs olive oil

COOKING:

Peel the avocado and remove the pit, remove the pulp and knead it with a fork. Salt, pepper, add a little lemon juice. Cut the boiled eggs into circles. We use crispbread or multi-grain bread as a base for a sandwich. Spread the mass on bread, put mugs of eggs on top, salt, pepper, you can add a piece of fresh cucumber or tomato.
