Potato omelet

The recipe is quick and simple, it can be prepared in no time and eaten even faster. And to beer – just delicious, even if you add ketchup, it turns out pizza!


4-5 small sausages (or sausages) 2 potatoes 1 small onion 2 eggs Salt, pepper vegetable oil 40-50 gr. hard cheese parsley, green onions ketchup


Cut a few small sausages and fry them in a pan until beautiful golden brown. Leave to cool. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin circles and then into strips. Put the potatoes in water and rinse them from starch, put them in a colander. Fry the chopped potatoes until half cooked, add salt, pepper and chopped onions, bring the potatoes to readiness. Fill the potatoes and onions with eggs, beaten with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle with parsley or green onions, place the flower-shaped sausages on top, close the lid and fry for a few minutes until the egg is cooked. Potato omelette with sausage is ready, quickly and original.
