Speaking with MEGA, Mr Sarigiannis did not hesitate to make a nightmarish prediction of even more cases next week. “This is a large number, and it is noticeably larger than we expected. This means that we have a greater spread, ”he said initially, commenting on today’s anti-record with 4340 new cases. Then, explaining that “at this stage it is extremely important to comply with all measures”, but also “to exercise restraint in the matter of opening,” stressed that he was categorically against the opening of retail next Monday (05.04).
