The independent government revenue authority ΑΑΔΕ sealed off a petrol station in Aspropyrgos, which was found to be selling falsified fuel.
This is a gas station at 3 Megaridos street in Aspropyrgos, located next to the cemetery. She’s sealed for both selling surrogate fuel and smuggling. Competent services revealed that falsification amounted to more than 47%.
Counterfeit fuel will be recovered through special procedures at the expense of the owner of the service station during the time that it is sealed, otherwise the facility will not work after closing.
The Hellenic Data Protection Authority, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation framework, now publishes data on offenders on its website (www.aade.gr) so that citizens can be fully informed. It includes:
- The full name and surname of the natural person or the name of the legal entity and its distinctive name.
- Mailing address.
- Number and date of the decision to disclose information about the violation.
- Description of the violation.
- The amount of counterfeit fuel detected.
- Sealing period.
- Any appeal against the decision to publish.
- The number of the appeal decision and all appeals filed.
