In the Athens region of Peristeri, an improvised explosive device was used twice a day by unidentified persons.
Yesterday a cafe was burned down, today the second target was a kiosk completely destroyed as a result of the explosion.
On Friday evening, at 167 Pelopida Street in Peristeri, an incendiary device was placed near a cafe, where it exploded. As a result of the fire, a wall of the building and a car parked near the establishment were damaged, newsbeast reported. The fire was extinguished by the fire brigade.
Less than 24 hours later, a second device exploded, installed by unknown persons near a kiosk, not far from the affected cafe. The West Attica security service is conducting a preliminary investigation.
