Thessaloniki: 85-year-old man who shot a stray dog ​​is handcuffed

Police handcuffed an 85-year-old man who shot and killed a stray dog ​​in the Halastra area of ​​Thessaloniki on Thursday afternoon.

According to neighbors, an elderly man shot at a stray dog ​​and wounded it in the rear of its body. The animal was taken to a veterinarian to receive the necessary care.

A case has been opened against the man for violating animal protection legislation, which will be referred to the competent prosecutor.
