After receiving the results of the molecular genetic examinations, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation confirmed the death of the founder of PMC Wagner Yevgeny Prigozhin and commander Dmitry Utkin.
In the message departments says:
“As part of the investigation of the plane crash in the Tver region, molecular genetic examinations have been completed. Based on their results, the identities of all ten dead have been established, they correspond to the list stated on the flight sheet.”
Recall, August 23 in the Tver region of Russia crashed a small plane owned by Prigogine. Rosaviatsiya claimed that among the passengers was the leader of the PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin. Causes of the disaster so far not installed.
Former Russian President Vladimir Putin actually recognized death of Prigozhin, bringing condolences to his relatives and relatives of all those who died in the plane crash. At the same time, he stressed that the expertise in the case of the crash of Prigozhin’s business jet would take time. At a meeting with Denis Pushilin, Putin indicated that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation had begun a preliminary investigation.
