An incredible tragedy broke out on the night of July 21-22 in one of the apartments located in the Vironas area (Athens).
A 60-year-old woman was tragically killed and mauled by two pit bull dogs, pets. The wild incident was reported to the police at 2:20 am.
According to currently available information, the unfortunate woman was found dead by her 30-year-old son, who called the police. The woman had obvious injuries, mostly to her face, from the bites of two pit bulls she had in her 5th floor apartment that attacked her for an unknown reason. The dogs were quite ferocious, and when the police arrived, at first they could not even enter the apartment.
The police have yet to figure out what the woman died from. After all, it could be so: the elderly lady became ill, she fell and died. And hungry dogs began to gnaw at her corpse.
