Starting Saturday 15/07, we begin accepting applications from retired freelancers (i.e. OAEE) to participate in the social tourism program of the State Employment Service (DYPA).
The application deadline for the Social Tourism program ends next Tuesday, July 18. The beneficiaries are eEFKA pensioners – former OAEE who were required to pay a corresponding contribution of 1 euro (παρ. 5 του άρθρ. 69 του ν. 3863/2010).
Applications from interested beneficiaries will be submitted exclusively online through a single digital portal gov.gr: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/apozemioseis-kai-parokhes/programmata-koinonikou-tourismou-gia-suntaxioukhous-eephka-proen-oaee. The program concerns 25,000 checks, and the total budget is 3 million euros.
Selection of beneficiaries is based on an assessment of specific criteria (disability, single parent, number of children, income) and is carried out in an objective and transparent manner through the DYPA Integrated Information System (IPS).
Program providers are tourist facilities and ferry companieswho have also applied for participation in the social tourism program 2023-2024, attaching the necessary supporting documents.
Beneficiaries (and accompanying persons) can spend up to 6 nights in tourist accommodation, which they choose from the DYPA “Supplier Register” after direct consultation with the supplier, by paying small private contribution.
On the islands of Leros, Lesbos, Chios, Kos and in the prefecture of Evros, you can spend up to 10 nights in the accommodation of the municipalities of Istiaia – Edipsos and Mantoudi – Limni – Ag. Ann (Northern Evia), up to 12 nights absolutely free.
