Robert De Niro hotel opens in Santorini

The first Nobu Hotels opened in Greece, in Imerovigli (Santorini). The hotel has 25 apartments, including five villas and five suites, and the first Nobu restaurant in Greece, overlooking the famous sunset, will operate on its territory.

The restaurant will be headed by certified Cordon Bleu Madrid chef Ricardo Marin, who will offer gourmets classic dishes with elements of traditional Greek cuisine.

Guests can indulge in in-room spa treatments in complete privacy (which is so important for famous personalities and people), as well as use the hotel’s gym. The Oia Fira trail, famous for its views of the Santorini coast and the volcano, is 10 km away.

If someone wants to visit the hotel, they can get a Nobu Daycation Pass, which gives access to the resort’s water facilities, as well as entertainment and dining services.

Nobu plans to expand with new hotels in San Sebastian, Madrid, Orlando and Punta Cana in the Caribbean. Room rates at Nobu Santorini start at $1,000 per night.

The lifestyle hotel brand Nobu Hospitality was founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, with the participation of famous Hollywood actor Robert De Niro and film producer Mirim Tepper.
