Kyiv will receive from Warsaw more than two hundred PT-91 Twardy – an upgraded version of the Soviet main tank T-72M1.
According to Visegrad 24, deliveries will begin after Poland receives a batch of Abrams M1A2 tanks ordered from the United States. Earlier, in May, Warsaw had already sent 240 modernized T-72s to the Ukrainian side.
According to the agency, the T-72M1 tanks that Poland sent to Ukraine use obsolete ammunition. They are equipped with a sight that limits the use of tanks in the dark, writes bb.lv
