Deputy Health Minister Mina Ganga spoke about fines for not vaccinating older people and other changes to coronavirus measures.
She noted that the fines fulfilled their mission: “Thousands of people over 60 have been vaccinated, and we expect even more in the summer, by autumn.” Therefore, the fine of 100 euros for unvaccinated people over 60 will cease to apply from 15 April.
