Continuous flights of Ukrainian An-124 "Ruslan"they are transporting ammunition from Greece for the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Ukrainian An-124 Ruslan transport aircraft operates regular flights from Ukraine to the 112IAP military air base in Elefsina, where it loads a large amount of ammunition promised by Kyriakos Mitsotakis to Vladimir Zelensky.

According to the Greek publication ProNews, there have been at least two such flights today, with a huge transport plane full of Greek ammunition taking off towards Ukraine. It is reported that we are talking about a huge package of weapons:

  • 2,000 70 mm Zuni rockets.
  • 180 2.75-inch A/T rockets.
  • 90,000 90 mm anti-tank missiles
  • 4 million rounds of 5.56 mm caliber. and 7.62 mm.
  • 70 155 mm M114A1 cannons.

This is a large package of weapons promised to the Ukrainian president by the Greek government, loaded daily into the Ruslan by the 112th Fighter Aviation Regiment. Some of them may be classified as junk or scrap metal, such as the 105mm cannons, but others, such as the Zuni missiles, are the main armament of SA attack helicopters (at least those that remained after the destruction of the Stefanovicio). ) and fighters.

Antonov transport planes are currently being loaded in Elefsina. The loading of old weapons systems of the Greek army took place in full view, since the government considers this step… a feat. But ΓΕΑ, which was being transported to the airbase, knew nothing until the loading became public, and only Α/ΓΕΕΘΑ (Greek General Staff) was aware.

Essentially the government does whatever it wants with the Greek ammunition and supplies it is shipping en masse to Ukraine. And this, of course, is not only these ammunition, because before them other huge consignments were delivered from the warehouses of the Greek army, estimated at 7500 tons, taken out from warehouses in Kechris of Corinth Κοκκώνη”) and from warehouses in Petsali Ioannina.
