According to her, the first rape occurred on January 23, when the guy, taking advantage of the fact that he was their acquaintance (he communicated with the woman’s nephew), began to often come to their house.
According to the victim, the accused forced her to have sex with violence, despite her fierce resistance. In fact, he went so far as to hit her in the face while filming the abuse on his cell phone. However, the nightmare did not end there as a few days later the guy came to her house again and forced her to have sexual intercourse against her will.
According to the testimony of the victim of violence, all this time he was calling her in order to persuade her to have sex, while threatening to kill her and share an “interesting video” with third parties (send to the woman’s friends).
