Egypt threatens to seize 27 Russian airlines. Aeroflot is not recommended to fly there on ten Airbus A320, four A321, one A350 and nine Boeing 777-300ER, and Rossiya is not recommended to fly three Boeing 737-800.

But last year, Aeroflot and Rossiya flew on aircraft listed by Rosaviation not only to Egypt, but also to other countries, tells The Moscow Times. These vessels belong to the State Transport Leasing Company (STLC). The Irish High Court has been trying to seize 37 aircraft from her since last year. The Russian government allowed airlines not to hand over the ships and re-register them in the Russian Federation, which allowed them to continue operating, but airliners with dual registration cannot fly abroad. In other countries, they are expected to be arrested and returned to the owner.
