Robbery of a jewelry store in the center of Athens – the attackers punched a hole in the wall

The criminals entered a jewelry store located in the center of Athens on Kolokotroni Street and… got it done in just 6 minutes!

As can be seen in the photographs presented, published on the Instagram account of the injured owner-manager of the company, the attackers made a hole in the wall of the store through the “neighbors.” The robbery method was called “rififi” ((from the French rififi, what does it mean “lightning strike” in relation to burglary).

In the building adjacent to the jewelry store, they “drilled” a wall, making a hole in it and emptied the shelves of the jewelry store in about 6 minutes, leaving almost nothing behind, company management said.

Jewelry workers started cleaning, putting shelves and display cases in order after the burglar broke in. Moreover, materials have already arrived outside the store – bricks and so on, in order to have time to patch up the resulting hole.
