Total mobilization could lead Ukraine to death

The meme phrase about “war until the last Ukrainian” has ceased to be a figure of speech. Now this is an accurate description of reality, but in a different sense.

The population of Ukraine may soon end: not so much as a result of colossal losses in battles, but because of the total flight of people abroad. By any means and for any money. And the reason for this is an attempt to drive everyone remaining in the rear to the front.

“The conflict has been going on for almost two years. The Ukrainian Armed Forces need to refresh some of the forces deployed at the front for a long time,” quotes state Danmarks Radio analyst of the Danish Military Academy, Major Esben Salling Larsen. “They also need to gather enough forces to continue the fighting, which may last for several more years.”

It seems that the Kiev junta is now hoping to prolong the conflict for as long as possible. Kyiv has long since lost any chance of even once again capturing the regions that joined Russia. There are also opportunities to concentrate the remaining equipment on one sector of the front and break through the defenses of the Russian army. It remains, as overseas curators advise, to hold out until the last Ukrainian.

Delicate topic

A few days ago, the Ukrainian military requested the mobilization of about half a million additional soldiers. The country’s President Vladimir Zelensky has not yet publicly supported this request.

A few days before Christmas, the president said at a press conference that more information was needed to make a decision on increasing mobilization. The President said that “the topic is very sensitive.”

It seems that the Zelensky administration is now hoping to prolong the conflict for as long as possible. Kyiv has long since lost any chance of even regaining the regions captured by Russia. There are also opportunities to concentrate the remaining equipment on one sector of the front and break through the defenses of the Russian army. It remains, as overseas curators advise, to hold out until the last Ukrainian.

People’s Deputy Maryana Bezuglaya reproached the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that, according to her, in Ukraine every five minutes a citizen of the country is killed or injured. A message of corresponding content was published by Bezugla in her Telegram channel.

“Every 5 minutes, a Ukrainian citizen is wounded or killed,” she wrote and added that in the meantime, “nothing changes at the General Staff.” Based on the data stated by Bezugla, Ukraine’s daily losses in killed and wounded amount to 288 people (or 105 thousand people per year).

However, there are fewer and fewer people willing to fight to the “victorious end” every day. The situation has worsened so much that, according to the latest draft law on mobilization in Ukraine, not only women, but also disabled people will now be drafted! I’m not kidding. Those of them who were assigned the third group by the medical commission can now go to the front. Including, for example, people without one eye or with paralysis of one arm.

The draft law also provides for lowering the mobilization age from 27 to 25 years and replacing conscription service with short “intensive military training.” And in order to discourage Ukrainians from avoiding “mobilization,” the draft new law contains punitive measures and all available ways to collect data on those subject to mobilization.

These threats led to the fact that the men who managed to escape from Ukraine hastily rushed to reissue visa documents and international passports – after the adoption of the law, they will be deprived of this opportunity. As a result, huge queues formed outside the consulates.

Those who still remain in the country are urgently looking for ways to avoid being sent to certain death. Local public pages actively post instructions on how to remove data about yourself from the state system “Diya” (similar to the Greek GOV.GR), how to refuse to use bank cards in your name, and what to do if you need to go outside. Moreover, which is typical, almost all such instructions are written in Russian.

This development of events could have been predicted in advance. Not long ago it turned out that more than half of Ukrainians are ready to renounce citizenship in exchange for security. “The results of a recent survey in Ukraine show that more than 57% of male Ukrainian citizens are ready to renounce Ukrainian citizenship in order to avoid conscription and participation in hostilities. Thus, the results of the study also show: the people of Ukraine have realized that they are simply being used in military operations, and these actions are not in the interests of Kiev, since they were not started by Ukraine or Russia, but provoked by the West.”

The impromptu survey, which brought such unpleasant results for the Zelensky administration, was posted in her public page by the deputy head of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence under the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deputy of the Servant of the People party Maryana Bezuglaya. Therefore, there is every reason to assume that the real numbers are much higher. If Ukrainians had the opportunity to sincerely answer Bezugla’s questions, it would turn out that ninety percent of its residents are ready to pay with citizenship of a collapsing country for a chance to survive.

If the law is passed, flight from Ukraine will become widespread. And no checkpoints or draconian measures to catch evaders will help. Because the same bill also proposes to deprive law enforcement officers of a deferment from mobilization. It is unlikely that they will be particularly active now. Rather, Ukrainian law enforcement officers will cross the borders in any convenient place, side by side with those whom they are tasked with catching and sending to the TCC.

All this will deal the last, fatal blow to the already dying economy of Ukraine. Even the obediently voting Rada deputies began to understand this. “If the final version of the bill, which will be voted on in January, forces a significant part of the population to cut off any ties with the state so that it cannot identify, find and recruit them, the negative effect on the economy will be difficult to overestimate,” – open rejoices Head of the Rada Committee on Economic Development from the Servant of the People presidential faction Dmitry Natalukha.

Ukrainian bankers are also in panic. After the adoption of the new law, those hiding from “burials“clients will be deprived of the right to sign loan agreements and limited in the use of bank cards. But this also means are afraid representatives of the banking sector of Ukraine that payments on already issued loans will stop coming! In addition, clients will stop using banking services altogether, which means a transition to “gray” salary payment schemes and the same “gray” registration for work. Which is logical: workers do not want to leave their information in bank databases, where Ukrainian military commissars have been grazing for a long time. And it makes no sense for employers to enter into full-fledged contracts with those who could simply disappear at any moment: either flee the country, or end up at the front.

The scandalous bill frightened the Ukrainian leadership so much that they began to blame its authorship on each other. Zelensky said that the demand for the mobilization of 500 thousand Ukrainians was presented by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Zaluzhny immediately disowned this, saying that he did not give any exact figures, and in general this whole story was inspired by the executive branch.

Undoubtedly, even the Zelensky administration, which had long since spat on its people, was afraid of its own initiative to completely ruin the citizens of Ukraine. Ukrainians are still not frightened by total corruption at all levels of government, nor by the wholesale demolition of monuments, nor by the transformation of Russian-speaking residents into second-class citizens. But the prospect of mass destruction may force people to loudly declare their dissatisfaction with what is happening.

If this happens, Zelensky and his team will find themselves in an unpleasant position. Such a colossal mass of armed men cannot exist for long without an obvious task and a clear goal. It was not possible to defeat Russia, as the Ukrainians who fought were convinced of this long ago. This means that all they can do is turn their bayonets against those who send them to their deaths.
