After the publication of the draft new law on mobilization in Ukraine, notary offices do not have time to serve clients, and huge queues have formed at Ukrainian consulates abroad.
How tells BB.LV, the reason is that the new bill will presumably introduce a ban on draft evaders from carrying out any transactions with movable and immovable property. On December 25, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on improving mobilization and military registration, which contains strict restrictions for draft dodgers.
