The trial of the 26 defendants in the case of a twelve-year-old girl from Kolonos, a victim of sexual abuse and exploitation, is scheduled for January 8, 2024. The child’s mother will also be in the dock.
“I’m not a pimp,” says chief defendant Ilias Mihos. He is charged with rape of a minor girl and aggravated pimping. He only admitted his guilt to rape while in prison.
The second main defendant is the girl’s 37-year-old mother, who is also behind bars – she will be tried for aggravated pimping and pornography of a minor. For a fee, the “parent” presented photos and videos of a naked child in electronic form to the persons indicated in the case materials, writes CNN Greece.
Other defendants in the case are the so-called “Mihos clients” – men who paid for dates with the girl. They are charged with sexual intercourse with a minor.
