Early in the morning of Saturday, November 25, the South Attica police were “alert.”
According to preliminary information, a car was found in the Paleo Faliro area, inside of which there was a Kalashnikov assault rifle and a canister with a flammable liquid.
The vehicle was found on Niriidon Street. A thorough investigation is currently being carried out by ψφγτησ TEEM (Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit) of the Greek Police Special Unit and the Sub-Directorate for the Investigation of Crimes against Life and Property (YDEZI).
According to Greek media, the vehicle was evacuated from its parking spot and moved to a police garage. Forensic experts examined the car in order to find biological fragments and fingerprints that could be used to identify the “owners” of the car.
