Cyclone Daniel: the flow carries people in the center of Athens

A video posted on the social network Facebook shows how the flow of water from the side of Evangelismos carries people to Vassilisis Sofias Street, and fellow citizens try to help them.

“There are more tears”
“5 minutes ago I posted a photo with tears in my eyes about how disgusted I was after, and what happened yesterday on ferry that drowned a man. A minute ago, they accidentally sent me this video about what happened on Evangelismos and where you can see how some people help other drowning people … There are more tears, because at least you see hope in this world ….”, writes user Olga Stumballloglow, who shared the video.

At 8:34 a.m., all residents of Attica received a warning from the 112 service:
