President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has threatened an instant response to hypothetical aggression from Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.
He declared “unacceptable damage” to these countries in the event of a war with them, quotes Edition “Country”:
“There can be only one threat – aggression against our country. If Poland, Lithuania and Latvia begin aggression against our country, we will respond instantly with everything we have. We have something. And the blow will be overwhelming. We will not we compete with them. Poland, Lithuania, Latvia – NATO is behind them. Of course, we understand that the forces are incommensurable. But we will inflict an adequate blow on them, and they will receive unacceptable damage, damage. This is what our concept of security is based on.”
He also noted in an interview with the media that the process of transferring Russian nuclear warheads to Belarus would be completed by the end of the year. Earlier, before that, the Belarusian president said that he needed one call to Putin to agree on a nuclear strike.
