Emblisi: an unknown Ionian beach with crystal clear waters

If you think you have seen all the magical beaches of the Ionian Sea, you are most likely wrong.

On the island of Kefalonia, there is a place with perhaps the most crystal clear water in all of Greece. This is Emblisi (Έμπλυση), a beach that is located on the northern side of the island, next to the famous Fiskardo and opposite the southernmost tip of Lefkada, where a magnificent lighthouse was once erected.

The bay in which Emblisi Beach is located has beautiful seabed and, as seen in the @upstories drone images, the view is spectacular. Even looking at the waters of the beach on the computer screen, you just want to dive into these cool, crystal clear emerald waves.
