A Greek airline Aegean Airlines plane made an emergency landing at Naples airport in Italy on Monday at noon after showing signs of decompression in the cabin.
The plane flew from Thessaloniki (Greece) to Barcelona (Spain) with 156 passengers on board and 6 crew members. The passengers disembarked safely, the company said, and it has already dispatched another aircraft to continue their journey.
Aegean flight A3560 declared the emergency, squawking 7700 whilst transiting Italian airspace enroute to Barcelona.

Aegean Airlines’ message is broadcast by the state broadcaster ERT:
“AEGEAN reports that flight A3 560 from Thessaloniki to Barcelona with 156 passengers and 6 crew members showed signs of gradual decompression in the cabin. The captain, as required by procedure, requested an emergency landing clearance at the nearest Naples airport. All passengers disembarked safely and the airline has already dispatched another aircraft to enable passengers to continue their journey to their final destination.”
