“Zombies” on British streets (video)

In the UK, terror reigns over the epidemic of “monkey dust” – a new drug that turns users into “zombies”.

The local community of the city of Stoke in Britain is in a panic, users of a dangerous new drug roam the streets like “zombies”, terrorizing the rest of the population. The specific drug, according to the Daily Mail, is derived from the khat plant and is banned in the country. Users, if caught, face up to five years in prison for possession or up to 14 years for supplying the substance.

The drug can cause violence and paranoia – some users have jumped off buildings or tried to eat glass, writes Air Force. Users can be a danger to themselves and others, and the effects of drug use can vary widely. British police say the drug can cost as little as £2 if bought on the street:

“It’s so cheap and affordable, it’s cheaper than the price of alcohol and people can easily buy it. We need to see the reclassification and imagine the consequences for those who promote this drug.”

On exclusive footage The publication shows how after taking the “monkey powder” people turn into real “zombies”. Local police have already confiscated over 10kg of the substance, valued at over £100,000. No less cruel and earlier videos:
