The much-needed and important online service Ηλεκτρονικού Εθνικού Φορέα Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης (e-ΕΦΚΑ) has already begun to operate, so that many years of inconvenience for millions of insured persons has come to an end, the institution said in a statement.

Now every insured, thanks to a well-thought-out system, can determine the address of the institution to which he belongs based on the postal code or address, and where he should apply.
e-ΕΦΚΑ also notes that this new e-service follows the completion of the creation of 117 new local e-ΕΦΚΑ offices, which act as single points of contact for all insured persons and pensioners of the institution, writes CNN Greece.
