Armenia hosted the international Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022. The winner was a young singer from France.
On December 11 in Yerevan, Armenia, an international song contest of children’s talents was held. With 203 points and winning the prestigious award, 13-year-old Lissandro from France called his victory in the competition “the event of a lifetime.” The boy performed the rhythmic track “Oh Maman” and immediately took the lead.
The young contestant hails from the city of Moselle in eastern France. He sings in five languages and professionally dubs cartoons. He loves music and is a fan of Elvis Presley and Bruno Mars. The driving performance and charismatic presentation of the French teenager resembled his idols.
Armenia was in second place with a score of 180 points, Georgia was in third with 161 points.
