A new video of chasing a gypsy in Thessaloniki has appeared

CCTV footage shows 16-year-old Roma Kostas Fragulis being chased by two DI.AS motorcycles. in Thessaloniki, which resulted in a severe injury to a teenager.

The video appeared on the YouTube channel of the-brake.net website, where it is said that it was taken from a security camera in the store. In the video, you can see how the car of Kostas Frangulis turns, and two motorcycles drive out from behind it. About 500 meters later, a few seconds later, a policeman shoots the 16-year-old driver.

The teenager ran into the police

On Monday, another video was published in the media from the gas station where Kostas Frangoulis stopped to fill up. This video shows the 16-year-old’s car filling up at a gas station, and can be seen leaving without paying. At the same time, the gas station employee informs the police officers who were in the store at that time when refueling.

Four police officers from the DI.AS Rapid Response Team get on their motorcycles and after a few minutes overtake the fugitive.

The new video raises questions, as in the announcement EL.AS. it is not indicated that police officers were in the store. Earlier it was reported that a gas station employee informed the employees of the DI.AS group who were near the gas station.

It is worth noting that earlier the police said that a 16-year-old Roma hit their motorcycle, there were also reports that the fugitive shot back with a pistol, but none of them was confirmed. Numerous lies cast doubt on other assurances of the police, which calls into question their official compliance.

The tribesmen of Kostas Fragulis believe that 20 euros is not worth it to shoot a thief.

The author of the publication knows many stories from shops and gas stations, when gypsies caught petty theft also resented. 2 years ago, during quarantine, the gypsy baron was outraged by the prohibitions, openly stating that due to quarantine they cannot steal, which means they have nothing to live for

A similar case with the chase in Perama at 21

The bloody incident in Thessaloniki, recalls incident with gypsy Nikos Sampanis, in Perama in October 2021. It was a chase after a stolen car, which the police stopped after 35 shots, killing the car thief and injuring another person.

The case has not yet been brought to court, but there is a proposal from the prosecutor to accuse the police of manslaughter with possible intent. After the death of 18-year-old Sampanis, a memorandum of action was drawn up defining when and under what rules the prosecution should take place, in the logic of not sacrificing “more for less”.

Chase instructions weren’t followed
In the specific case of a 16-year-old DI.AS employee, it was known that he was a minor who did not pay 20 euros for petrol. They knew that only a young man was in the car, and not hardened criminals, possibly armed, who could pose a danger and threat to others.

The directive also states that officers must wait for other police officers to arrive to avoid injuries and accidents in areas of harassment where possible, and that they must only fire on fugitives in an emergency.

At the same time, they were ordered to keep their distance from the car in front in order to avoid a collision, which they alleged happened in the case of Sampanis. However, all these instructions were not followed by the DIAS police officers who pursued the 16-year-old teenager, as a result of which Kostas Fragulis ended up in the intensive care unit.
