A 46-year-old resident of Crete, accused of raping his wife’s 13-year-old daughter from a previous marriage for two years, was sent to jail.
According to information received from cretapost, the accused was taken into custody with the consent of the investigator and the prosecutor, immediately after he apologized to the Heraklion investigator today.
Recall that from the first moment he denied the charges while he was supported by both the mother and the aunt of the 13-year-old girl. They testified that what the minor complained about was the fruit of hatred and fiction.
At the same time, the girl insists on her accusations, she has already been examined by a forensic doctor, and she is being treated at the Venizelion pediatric clinic, with child psychologists next to her.
A few days ago, the girl confessed her experience to the teacher, but said that it was a friend. Wasting no time, the teacher immediately notified the competent authorities. According to the same sources, the girl was last raped on 25 September.
A day later, on September 26, the police arrested the man, and the child was taken to Heraklion University Hospital for all the necessary tests.
