The dynamics of real estate prices for buying and renting in the first quarter of 2022 is reflected by the Spitogatos (SPI) platform.
The most expensive areas to buy and rent a house in Athens are located mainly in the southern suburbs and in some parts of the center of Athens. lifo.gr.
In particular, the most expensive areas to buy a house in the region are Vouliagmeni and Voula, Kolonaki and Lycabettus, Philothei, Glyfada, Paleo Psychiko, Alimos and Elliniko.
From point of view house rental the historical center, Vouliagmeni, Kolonaki and Lycabettos, Paleo Psychiko, Neo Psychiko and Philothea are among the most expensive areas of Attica.
As for Thessaloniki, the most expensive areas to buy a home in the first quarter of 2022 were in particular Kalamaria, city center, Pilaia and Panorama.
The most expensive for rent were, in addition to the city center, the areas of Pilaia, Analipsi – Mpotsari – Nea Paralia, Ano Poli and the areas of Voulgari – Depo – Martiou and Vardaris – Lachanokipos.
