Athens: Protest rally against compulsory vaccination

Today at noon, a protest rally was held in Syntagma with the participation of organizations of the left wing with demands relating to the health sector and against price increases.

Citizens, despite the unusually cold weather for Athens, gathered in the center of Athens as part of the “Pan-Greek Day of Action for the Health and Dignity of the People” with slogans and banners in favor of strengthening the national healthcare system and against rising prices.

It is noted that the main slogans of the demonstrators were calls for the abolition of compulsory vaccination and against “measures to restrict freedoms, fines and dismissals.”

Among the protesters, there were many anarchists, but either the cold, or for other reasons, there were no fights with the police.
