In the Athens metropolitan area of Kolonaki, a girl fell from the sixth floor of an apartment building.
The victim was urgently taken to the Agia Sofia Children’s Hospital, where she was immediately intubated. Doctors are tirelessly fighting for her life. The child was admitted with multiple fractures to the neurosurgical department.
The girl did not die after falling from a height, because trees grew below, the branches of which “softened” the impact on the asphalt. An emergency operation was performed, and the girl is now in critical condition. The prosecutor’s office is checking the circumstances of the incident.
The girl was found near a residential building. Her body had injuries characteristic of a fall from a height. The teenager lives with his father, and the girl’s mother died earlier.
On Monday afternoon, a 13-year-old girl quarreled with her father and locked herself in her room. When he came to her an hour later, his daughter was not in the room. Then he realized that something terrible had happened, the child jumped from the 6th floor. The weirdness is that none of the neighbors heard her fall from the balcony.
