Vladimir Mokhte, Vice President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, spoke about the conditions of the drawing earlier.

This year, voting in the elections to the State Duma takes place simultaneously with municipal and regional elections for three days, September 17-19. The decision was made by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
