The main goal of this treaty is to promote a comprehensive government and social approach to strengthening national, local and global resilience to future pandemics. This includes significantly strengthening international cooperation to improve, for example, warning systems, data exchange, research, and local, regional and global production and distribution of medical supplies and public health measures such as vaccines, medicines, diagnostic procedures and personal care products. protection.
