From tomorrow, citizens will be able to make an appointment even on the same day with the possibility of vaccination with any drug from those that are available at the nearest vaccination center.
More than 65,000 citizens have been vaccinated since Monday morning, according to Marios Themistocleous, Secretary General of Primary Health Care, and that number is expected to rise to 85,000 by the end of the day.
Since the beginning of the vaccination program to date, 9,870,000 vaccinations have been carried out. Citizens who received one dose represent 52% of the total population and 61% of adults, while 44% of the total population and 52% of adults received two doses.
