On Sunday, October 1, tram line no. 6 Picrodaphne-Syntagma (Πικροδάφνη-Σύνταγμα) stops operating from the morning until 14:00.
The changes are connected with the “7th Nea Smyrni Historical Memory Race” and the “15th Race for the Cure” (“7ου Αγώνα Ιστορικής Μνήμης Νέας Σμύρνης” and “15ο”) taking place in the center of Athens υ Αγώνα δρόμου και Περιπάτου Race for the Cure”).
The connection between tram line 7 and metro line 2 will be carried out by A2 buses at the Marina Alimos stop for the tram and Sygrou-Fix for the metro. Passengers can also use the following bus routes, writes CNN Greece:
