A woman injured in a deadly train collision at Tempi filed a criminal complaint with the Athenian prosecutor’s office on Friday, demanding a full investigation into the accident.
The complaint, filed through trial lawyers, calls for an investigation into the criminal liability of each responsible person in the Hellenic Railways Organization (ose) and related companies, and every politician who ran OSE. According to a complaint circulated in the media, the plaintiff is a 19-year-old girl.
The criminal case is expected to be submitted to the Greek parliament, which must decide whether any politicians are criminally liable, and if so, how.
