The Russian government offers mortgages in the territories annexed to the Russian Federation during the invasion of Ukraine, on the most favorable terms.
The mortgage program is designed for those who want to buy or build housing in the territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions annexed to Russia, writes BB.LV, citing Russian media.
The annual rate on a preferential mortgage will be no more than 2% per annum, the down payment – 10%. The maximum amount of credit issued is limited – no more than six million rubles (77.7 thousand euros).
The corresponding decree has already been signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
