What COSMOTE offers for Ukraine
COSMOTE supports its mobile subscribers located in Ukraine by offering each free 300 minutes of calls, 300 SMS and 1 GB for roaming use. The offer was automatically activated on February 25th with a validity period of seven days and eligible subscribers were informed via SMS.
COSMOTE, to facilitate its subscribers in Greece who have communicated or communicate with their relatives in Ukraine, refunds the cost of international calls and SMS between the two countries that took place or will take place from 24/2 to 2/3.
In particular:
The cost of debit international calls and SMS from Greece to Ukraine, as well as the cost of debit calls, MB and SMS from Ukraine to Greece and Ukraine will be returned to the accounts of contract mobile subscribers, individuals and legal entities, and the remaining amount will be returned to prepaid and postpaid subscribers . For fixed-line subscribers, individuals and legal entities, the cost of debit international calls to Ukraine will be returned to their account.
What WIND offers for Ukraine
Nova and Wind Hellas, members of the United Group, out of a sense of solidarity and understanding of the increased need for communication, offer free calls to and from Ukraine to mobile and fixed telephony.
In particular, from 16:00 February 25 to March 10, unlimited traffic will be provided for international calls from Greece to Ukraine for:
Nova and Wind landline telephony customers, individuals and legal entities. Wind Mobile Contract Customers, Individuals and Legal Entities Wind F2G or Q Prepaid Cardholders (to whom the value will be refunded to their account on March 11th).
What Vodafone offers for Ukraine
Starting February 25 and for the next four days, all Vodafone companies in Europe will provide free roaming to all their customers who stay in Ukraine.
In addition, the group offers free calls and text messages to all mobile and fixed networks in Ukraine for Vodafone customers in Greece and Europe who are trying to contact their families and friends in Ukraine.
